How completely cute are these Cinnabunnies you guys?

It has been a big day around here. We went to meet the Easter Bunny at the mall this afternoon. As you can see, 1 year old Phoebe was not a fan.

In fact, an entire hour later she was still traumatized and giving me the stink eye.

Anyway, I digress. Whether you find the bunny scary or not, I know you won’t find these adorable cinnamon rolls creepy in any way… Right? I decided since I had some Brach’s Jelly Beans on hand to buy a tube of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls and shape and bake these up this morning.

These come together in just a couple of minutes. You use the same concept that is used to make a bunny cake out of two round cakes. Each bunny takes two cinnamon rolls. One for the head, and the second is cut perfectly into two ears and a bow tie. Like this.

Then you shape them, like this, pinching the ears and bow tie to the head to make them stick.

Perfect for Easter morning, or if you’re braving the Easter Bunny at the mall.

Enjoy!
