Pretzel Rolo M&M Bites

Today is my handsome husband’s birthday.  He wanted nothing to do with cake.  He wanted two birthday goodies.  These delicious little treats, and Saltine Toffee Cookies.

I have never even blogged these, because they’re so simple, I don’t really count them as a recipe.  But they are always such a hit, I am sharing them with you today.  I don’t know if you will thank me or curse me.  These are the perfect sweet/salty combo, and they are addicting.

So, here they are.  Now I have to figure out how to get 33 candles into these babies. 😉

Ingredients:
60 Square Pretzels
60 Rolos
60 peanut M&M’s

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°

Line the pretzels (salty side down) onto a baking sheet, and top each one with a Rolo candy.

Bake for just a couple of minutes, until the Rolos are soft, but not too soft.  You don’t want them melting all over the baking sheet, you just want them soft enough to press an M&M into.

Press an M&M down into the middle of each Rolo.  Cool completely and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Enjoy.
