|Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Strawberries|
These yummy strawberries require no baking, no fuss, and very little prep time. Plus, they are so gorgeous, you will look like you worked really hard! A strawberry is essentially filled with a cheesecake filling and then topped with a fresh blueberry. So good.
6 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 C seedless raspberry jam (almost any jam will work)
Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Put into a ziplock bag or a piping bag fitted with a frosting tip.
Clean and hull your strawberries and cut the bottom tips for a flat edge. Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture. Nuke the jam in the microwave for about 10 seconds and stir. Toss the blueberries in jam. Top each cream filled strawberry with a blueberry. Don’t top with blueberries until you are ready to serve.
Refrigerate until serving.
