I got the idea for Strawberry whipped cream from The Cupcake Project.
I mean, what goes better together than strawberries and whipped cream? What’s not to like? So why not add them together?
This would be fabulous on a piece of poundcake, in a tart, on a white cupcake, or even on a blended strawberry daquiri.
Strawberry Whipped Cream Recipe
•1 cup heavy whipping cream
•1/3 cup sugar
•4 tablespoons food processed strawberries (take some fresh strawberries, wash them, remove the stems, and throw them in the food processor or blender until pureed.
Yay! Another reason to use my immersion blender!
Directions:
1. Whip cream & sugar until it looks like whipped cream.
2. Mix in strawberries until just combined.
3. Try not to eat it all with a spoon before you use it for it’s intended purpose.
