I love Easter so much. It is one of my favorite holidays. I love the egg hunts, and playing Easter Bunny, and having brunch with family, dyeing eggs, decorating, and making cookies and cinnamon rolls.

I love dressing my kids up and taking them to see the Easter Bunny at the mall.

I love all the Easter Candy.

There is really nothing not to love about it.

I found these cookies on The 36th Avenue whilst searching for something to do with the pastel Easter m&ms I had just purchased at Target. I was struck by how pretty they were and even more excited when I saw how easy they were to make.

5 ingredient, y’all. Just 5 ingredients and about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
Recipe adapted from The 36th Avenue
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sprinkles (next time I make these, I will use at least 3T)
1/2 cup Easter m&ms
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
With a spoon, not a mixer, in a large bowl. mix together the cake mix, oil, and eggs until just combined. Add the sprinkles and mix until combined.
Roll into one inch balls and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Flatten each cookie (a drinking glass with flour on the bottom will give you a uniform shape and size for all of your cookies) and press a few m&ms into the top of each one.
Bake for exactly 8 minutes and remove from the oven. They won’t look done, but they will continue to cook on the cookie sheet and if you over bake them, they will get hard and gross.
Enjoy!
Just pinned these to make with the kids for Easter! Thanks!
Can’t believe how early Easter is this year! These would look cute on the Easter brunch table.
