I saw these in a magazine a while ago and couldn’t wait to try them. They were so fast and simple! I used my homemade cranberry sauce, but canned would work as well. Turkey and cranberry and cream cheese are such a great pairing! These are a beautiful holiday appetizer, and delicious as well. I was suprised at how simple these were to make.
1 french baguette
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1/2 cup of homemade cranberry sauce
10 slices fresh sliced turkey deli meat
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Spread cream cheese on top of each piece. Top the cream cheese with a dallop of cranberry sauce. Roll turkey meat and cut into one inch pieces. Place on top of each baguette. Refrigerate until eating! Enjoy!
