Does your family have anything odd that absolutely HAS to be on the table at Thanksgivng? Welcome to The Ogborn Family, where Thanksgiving is served every year for between 35-40 people in my Nanny’s house, and where one dish, as far as the kids are concerned anyway, reigns supreme:
Strawberry, whipped cream, pineapple, marshmallow jell-o.
The adults are not big on this concoction (although any adult that likes Jell-o is sure to love it) and kids for generations have loaded their plates with a little bit of turkey, a little bit of mashed potatoes, and a TON of this Jell-o.
Sorry I don’t have a better picture, it’s for Thanksgiving tomorrow, so I didn’t want to dig into the bowl. 😉
Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!
