Cinnamon Roll Ups

Cinnamon Roll UpsI wanted to make something yummy for today’s Seahawks game.  I wanted to do something with minimal effort that would be quick, easy, and delicious.

Cinnamon Roll Ups

These cinnamon roll ups come together in 5 minutes.  You probably have all the ingredients in your pantry.  They taste like the best piece of cinnamon toast you every had, or the crispy sugary part at the bottom of the cinnamon roll pan.  They are amazing.

4 ingredients.  White bread. Butter. Sugar. Cinnamon.

Cinnamon Roll Ups

Perfection.  Make them for any occasion.  Enjoy!

Cinnamon Roll Ups

Ingredients:
12 slices of white bread
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon cinnamon
granulated sugar for dusting

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.

Cut the crusts off of all of the bread, and roll each piece flat with a rolling pin.

Brush both sides of the bread with melted butter.  Put about a teaspoon of the cinnamon/sugar mixture onto the center of the bread and spread it around evenly.  Roll the bread up, and then place, seam side down, on the baking sheet.

Bake for approx 15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.  Serve warm and enjoy!

    1. Hi Claire, I don’t think that would work as a total replacement for the cinnamon/sugar mixture for this particular recipe. The filling is a lot like a cinnamon roll, and cinnamon honey butter is a lot more subtle. If you try it, let me know how it is!
