Here is a list of the things in life that I love. My family. Disneyland. Christmas. Pie. Snow. Fall. Puppy Breath. Take 5 Bars. Any time I can combine a few of these things together, it is a good thing.

My family is taking our bi-annual trip to Disneyland this fall, and I am so excited. I can hardly sit still when I think about it. I can’t wait to watch my 3 year old son and 5 year old daughter fall in love with the place. I am looking forward to this trip like none other.

My kids and I have made chalkboard countdowns, we’re getting ready to make a paper chain, and today, we made Mickey Mouse pretzel bites. You know, to celebrate Disney.

Salted pretzel, topped with chocolate, caramel, and peanut butter M&Ms. It would be impossible for them to be bad. They taste EXACTLY like a Take 5 Bar. These things are seriously dangerous, so eat two or 3, and then for the love of Gosling, get them out of your house!!

They will come together in 10 minutes and turn you into a hero. And how cute would these be for a Mickey birthday party? I can’t even.

Enjoy!
Ingredients:
60 Rold Gold Pretzels
1 bag of Rolos candy (60 count)
1 large bag of peanut butter M&Ms
1 large bag of regular M&Ms
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°. While the oven is preheating, unwrap your Rolos and lay your pretzels out on a cookie sheet. Put a Rolo on top of each on, widest side facing up. Separate your M&Ms into colors. You will want one big peanut butter M&Ms for the head, and two regular sized M&Ms for the ears. Make sure you have enough all ready for the amount of pretzels and Rolos you have, because you will have to work fast when the time comes.
Place the Rolo covered pretzels in the oven for about 2 minutes. Watch them REALLY carefully. You don’t want them melted, just softened. When they are soft, pull them out of the oven, and press the M&Ms into the chocolate gently, into Mickey shapes.
Cool to room temp and then place the whole cookie sheet in the fridge to harden. Store in an airtight container. I like to keep them in the fridge.
I heart anything Disney! These look all the cute 😉
