In fact, it’s so rich, frothy, and creamy and seems so much like you’re drinking something bad that I will take it a step further and say it’s really good sex with your pants on.
Yes, I’ve read about the Whole 30 Great Cocoa Debate. Okay? I choose mochas and coconut milk in my coffee. I already completed one Whole 30 without any mochas or lattes and it was miserable. I choose the good life.
If you’re on the Whole 30 right now, or just paleo, and you’re looking for an easy and delicious mocha recipe, this one is for you. All you need is these ingredients and a blender.
1 cup hot coffee
4 tablespoons full fat coconut milk (Trader Joe’s coconut cream would be even better)
1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa powder
Blend it all together in your blender for about 30 seconds and then enjoy.
