Lets start with the Easter morning breakfast that I simply cannot do without.  My kids and I make them every Saturday before Easter, stick them in the fridge, and bake them off in the morning.  My favorite-Clone of a Cinnabon.

My Hot Cross Buns are not your usual bland British buns.  Mine are packed full of sweet and spice, and the zest of oranges, drenched in a delicious apricot glaze, and the crosses are made out of a delicious mixture of cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon.  These beauties were featured on Foodgawker.
