Pork Tenderloin Tea Sandwiches |
This sandwich requires a little more effort than most tea sandwiches, but it is WORTH the work! Tender pork roast is combined with a horseradish garlic mayo, and the arugula adds just a little bite. Any kind of white cheese that you like will do, I always use white cheddar. These are always a hit at tea parties and showers.
Ingredients:
1 pork loin roast
1 loaf of white bread
1 cup of mayonaise
2 tbsp horseradish
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bunch or bag of arugula
10 slices of white cheddar
Directions:
Cook pork roast in the oven overnight at 200°. Just put it in before you go to bed and take it out in the morning. Let it cool and slice thinly. Combine the mayonaise, horseradish, and garlic powder. Spread mayonaise mixture on each slice of white bread. Make sandwiches layering mayonaise, pork, cheddar, and arugula. Cut off the crusts and slices into quarters. Enjoy!
