If I could offer you only one word to describe these bars, it would have to be a made up word: mallowy.

These delicious bars are not just all kinds of super duper Easter cute, they are absolutely packed with marshmallows.

If you’ve never tried mixing lightly salted popcorn with butter and marshmallows, then well, you have not lived.

Top them with crunchy chocolate candy and sprinkles?

Don’t mind if I do.

Messy hands = happy heart.

Another beautiful thing about these bars is that you could make them for any holiday that has special colored candies and sprinkles. Halloween, Christmas, 4th of July… Fun!

*If you want thicker bars, use a 9×9 pan.

Enjoy!
Ingredients:
5 tablespoons butter
8 cups + another 1 cup of mini marshmallows
10 cups popped popcorn (I lightly salted mine.)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup m&ms
sprinkles
Directions:
Spray a 9×13 inch pan with non-stick spray and line it with a foil or parchment paper sling. Spray again.
In a very large microwave safe bowl, place your butter, salt, and 8 cups of mini marshmallows. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until butter and marshmallows are completely melted and smooth.
Add in the popcorn and mix well. Add in the remaining marshmallows while still warm and lightly press into your prepared pan. (using a spoon with a little butter on it will help you accomplish this without it sticking all over your hands.) Sprinkle with m&ms and sprinkles and lightly press them down.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
