These spooky cupcakes could not be simpler to make and they are completely adorable. I love it when I find things that are easy and cute. Especially for the holidays!
Use your favorite chocolate cake recipe and your favorite vanilla frosting for this recipe. Buy some edible googly eyes at the store, or on Amazon.com and a flat frosting tip and piping bag and boom! Adorable cupcakes!
Bake your cupcakes as directed. “Glue” on the googly eyes in the center. Then do strips of frosting across to look like bandages. I banged out two dozen cupcakes in about 15 minutes. What could be easier than that?
